
Introduction
The Master of Science in Health Professions Education (MSc HPE), offered by the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Gezira, is a postgraduate program designed to strengthen educational capacity within the health sector. With a long-standing reputation for innovation, particularly through its community-oriented, problem-based curriculum, the University of Gezira is recognized both nationally and regionally as a leader in medical education. This program responds to the growing demand for qualified educators in health professions, driven by the rapid expansion of training institutions and the need to enhance the quality and relevance of teaching and learning in health education.

These program outcomes aim to produce a cadre of educational leaders who can contribute to the development and reform of health professions education nationally, regionally, and globally.The graduates of the MSc HPE program will be:

Design, implement, and evaluate innovative educational programs in the health professions, integrating contemporary educational theories and practices.
